Intergas HRE 18 OV not working

Hi Folks,

I am in very uncomfortable situation. I build a new house, which is almost ready, there are only few things that need to be done left. Last week I have purchased Intergas HRE 18 OV, and GSR guy can’t make it work for more than a week… Maybe I should add that the boiler is installed on an open vented system. I purchased and installed 11 new radiators. The whole system is an open vented system and we decided to use F/E tank. Boiler either doesn’t fire up or fires up, but only for about 5 min, and then GSR guy can’t put it back to service for hours. Anyone an idea what can be the issue?

I would call the Intergas and make a warranty claim. I am sure in this case they will send someone who will investigate the matter. I would suggest circulation or electrical issues, but really don’t waste more time or energy with the GSR guy, and go directly to Intergas people
